    UNCLE JOHN is a rock and roll band formed in 2018. Originally a three-piece centered around TARO, the band faced a temporary slowdown due to member departures. However, in 2023, childhood friend NANA (Vo) and KANTA (Dr, ex Gokuraku Banpaku) joined, followed by TARO's younger brother SHINPEI (Ba) in 2024, forming the latest lineup. They have been actively performing, including an appearance at KOBE ROCK'N'ROLL CIRCUS and reaching the finals of an audition hosted by Kenta Matsukuma. The band's name comes from the lyrics of Little Richard's classic song Long Tall Sally.
