In the providence of nature, disharmony creates harmony. I think it is difficult to feel a natural harmony in the music that is played as a common understanding of the correct answer that has been completely agreed upon. And I feel boring such music. This music is completely improvised with the aim of harmonizing by making intentional but spontaneous deviations. The goal is just a harmony.

    I live in the northern part of Hokkaido, Japan, and spend my days composing music, playing in a jazz band, and holding musical workshops for the townspeople. Yamame trout swim in the river in the town where I live, and deer, foxes, and rabbits pass by my house. You can even meet bears if you walk a little bit. I would like to express spontaneously musically all the scenes that I feel from the animals that live close to me and the overwhelming workings of Mother Nature. I hope it touches someone's heart.
