To bring out the view of the harbor, I added the sounds of the waves to the sound of the piano, yangqin, and gamelan, which is often used in healing music.

In the middle of the song, you can hear the hichiriki and shakuhachi, which are familiar from gagaku music, riding on the wind.

In 1940, the song ``China Night,'' sung by singer Hamako Watanabe, was popular, so a film adaptation was planned, and the movie ``China Night'' was produced and set in Shanghai. In the movie, Shirley Yamaguchi sings with a beautiful voice.

A few years ago, I sang "Suzhou Nocturne" on YouTube, and it has now been viewed 50,000 times, and I've received several requests since then.
I received many requests to sing "China Night", so we have released it as a cover song.
