Message

The title is the Message. Since the song is characterized by the repeated phrase "It's a message that feels like it's being squeezed out from the depths of your heart, isn't it?", I made the title the Message. There's that line, "When you can't convey what you want to say, the things you want to say just keep piling up." Communication is so important. It feels like, "Seeing reality where nothing changes no matter how hard you try just makes you feel worse," right? It sucks when it feels unrewarding. "I realize I'm living with a dull expression, so I can't feel confident" - you realize you've become that way. "Spending every day just being considerate, then coming home only to be in a bad mood" - I want to be careful about that.
