Tomomichi Oketa (born April 27, 1991) Musician based in Nara Prefecture, Japan. In 2012, while attending university, he joined the formation of the band Uwanosora. Alongside band activities, he released his first solo album Teiyu-Mokuroku in June 2017 under his own name. From August of the same year, he shifted his focus to solo activities and established the independent label kouhando-JPN. In May 2018, he released his second album Heishoku-tan. In December 2019, he participated in and produced a project under the name NOTO.
