Montana Joe Carter was born as a mixed-race individual to an African American father and a Japanese mother. He began to be exposed to hip-hop music through his surroundings and continues to express what he feels and sees from within the street culture in a unique way. He is a rapper from Tokyo, specifically from Tachikawa City in Tokyo, Japan. He will release his first album, "CHOSEN ONE," on January 1, 2025.
