The 6th EP marks a return to 36-tone equal temperament Lo-Fi Hip Hop after a one-release hiatus. This work takes "updating within a unified worldview" as its theme and incorporates analog elements by featuring Kyotaro Hori (from Klehe). As a result, the EP conveys a darker, more desolate, and exclusionary atmosphere across all tracks.
The title combines Metropolis, Phobia, and the call sign "Ø" symbolizing the Yamanote and Chuo railway lines, much like Masabumi Kikuchi's Circle/Line. The added numbering reflects the concept of urban landscapes intersecting with mechanical, inorganic qualities.
