Artist Profile
KIRIGIRISU
A three-piece folk band formed in 2024. The group consists of three members who attended middle and high school together, and all members write their own lyrics and compose their own music. Their sound is characterized by a Refreshing Yet Somewhat Nostalgic Vibe, blending catchy pop songs from the 2000s with 1970s folk and popular music, as well as the sensibilities of contemporary alternative music. In addition to releasing their album *Where the Grasshoppers Sing* in March 2025, they have steadily built their career, including hosting their self-produced live event *SHOW ME YOUR LIVRS!!!* in December of the same year. They deliver performances characterized by a sense of unity and warmth born from the relationships they have cultivated over many years.
