With the growing popularity of neo city pop sound, a new rare groove city pop anthem for this late summer "Tokyo September" was born, following the much talked about his former single "Don't break my Heart," which was selected for several famous official playlists. The urban, anachronistic sound that cools off the lingering heat of late summer, and the lyrical expression of nostalgia for the end of summer overlaid on the emotions of people living in Tokyo, give the song a new layer that goes beyond just being a stylish song.
