サイケデリックポップ、サイケデリックロックの、真骨頂とも呼べるアルバムが完成した。美しい旋律の曲もあれば、破壊的なサウンドの曲も存在し、合唱曲のようなものもあれば、民謡のような音楽もある。

このアルバムは、中国語で「こんにちは」という意味の、「ニーハオ」と、「さようなら」という意味の、「サイチェン」を、数字に言い換えた「280.310」というタイトルになっている。文字通りこのアルバムは、「ニーハオ」から始まり、「サイチェン」で終わる。コンセプトアルバムでありながら、すごく広い世界観を描けたのではないかと思う。

頭の中がゾワっとするけど気持ちよさが溢れ出てくるサイケデリックというジャンルに、ポップソングのかわいらしさ、キャッチーさ、ロックソングの暴力的で風刺的な内容を盛り込み、唯一無二の世界が広がっているアルバムになっている。
