Stops on the Way Back

Relocating the center of my life from Niigata, I created this EP by dividing the chaos of a changing life into a series of stations.

The shift in my music was shaped by two contrasting landscapes: the vastness of Niigata, where nature stretches freely into the distance, and Tokyo, a city composed of countless optimized fragments. These songs were born in the process of reshaping myself, searching for a way to live more fully within each of these worlds. I came to see each song as a station along that journey.

Rather than arranging the tracks chronologically, I have deliberately scattered them along the line. I invite you to listen for the contrasts between them, and to discover, through your own sensibility, where you are now and which station you have stopped at.
