The fifth single by singer-songwriter KUMYCIA and ex.SUPER BUTTER DOG (Dr.) Shuichi Sawada, "Departure," will be released in March 2025.
KUMYCIA remade the song she wrote in her early 20s while living in Toronto, Canada, over a decade later.
It's a song that perfectly suits the current era, as we move from a chaotic world to a light-hearted new era.

The track samples the beat from the enduring hip-hop classic "Paid In Full. The synth and bass sounds floating above the powerful, ground-hugging beat are reminiscent of the 80s.
