This debut album commemorates my "Kanreki"-the 60th anniversary of my life and my creative rebirth. After a long career as a city bus driver in Japan, I have embarked on a new journey as a composer, marking the beginning of my "second youth."

In the traditional East Asian sexagenary cycle, 60 years represents a full circle, returning to the exact zodiac sign of one's birth. This is known as a time of rebirth. Born in 1966, the year of the passionate "Fire Horse" (Hinoe-Uma), I now find myself returning to that original spark of energy 60 years later.

This collection features five diverse musical stories woven from my life's journey, emotions, and imagination. I invite you to explore this lyrical and dramatic world of sound-a sonic landscape painted by the "Fire Horse" as I take my first steps into this new life.

In traditional East Asian culture, there is a 60-year calendar cycle based on the elements and zodiac animals. The year 2026 marks my "Kanreki" (60th birthday)-the moment the calendar completes its full circle and returns to the exact year of my birth: the year of the "Fire Horse" (Hinoe-Uma). Kanreki is not just an age; it symbolizes a rebirth and the start of a second life. With the passionate energy of the Fire Horse, I create instrumental, cinematic, and new-age music, blending my life experiences with the deep, atmospheric emotions of my second youth.
