  Justin Owen Music Producer / DJ / Owner of 2k21 RECORD LABEL JAPAN Justin Owen is a music producer working in the styles of Electronic, Tech House, Techno, and Dark Emotional. His music has accumulated over 50 million streams and views across global platforms, and as of 2026 he has reached over 4 million monthly listeners on YouTube Music. Originally performing under the name DJ UCHU, Justin Owen began his career as a DJ in 2018. He quickly established a presence in the Tokyo club scene and also worked as an event organizer at major clubs. In 2021, he founded his own label 2k21 RECORD LABEL, focusing on EDM rooted in Asian club culture. His music has steadily expanded its audience across China, South Korea, and Vietnam. In 2023, he launched the ASIA TECH project, presenting a new direction in electronic music that blends Asian cultural influences with innovative club sounds.
