We used electric instruments from the late Showa period for this album. TR-808, TR-626, CR-78, Roland synths, Kawai synths, Kurzweil midiboard, Yamaha synths and mellotron.
We hope you enjoy the glimmering sounds and atmospheres of the late 80's to the early 90's mixed with the weird messy early Showa kind of something maybe.

drop is a Japanese duo, formed in 2001 Ikebukuro, Tokyo. The members are "j" (songwriter, guitar, bass, drum, keyboards and programming) and "a" (songwriter, vocals, guitar, bass, keyboards and cello). Songs are usually recorded at home studio using old instruments like mellotron, clavinet, solina, jupiter-8 with an essence of vintage effectors.
