Pastel

DiceKEY Akhanev DUO's first alum in 4 years is a set of 12 compositions featuring piano, drums and percussions.
Ranging from the dramatic suite like "Three Corners of the World," lyrical acoustic jazz/ fusion sound of "Spring Song 2," to Latin and Middle East flavor of "Little Romanesque," the album features various colors of sounds, such as in a drawing with "Pastel" crayons.

While this album primarily consists of performances in a duo setting of piano and percussions, it actually contains a TRIO tune, "Chin Up!," featuring a bassist Fumitoshi Gotoh, a long time friend and a former member of a quartet called "April," which also included this DUO's members.
