Two and a half years after her last album "faveur," MALIYA has made a new EP called "Sugar, Spice and all your choices."
This EP was written by MALIYA on the theme of "women" through her own age, career, and environment.
The EP contains five songs, including "Body" arranged by TOMOKO IDA and a remixed version of "Old Clothes" arranged by G.RINA.

  • MALIYA

    MALIYAは東京を拠点に活動するシンガーソングライター。2018年2月発表の1stアルバム”ego”をはじめ、2020年8月には2作同時に発表した“ruby”“selene”を含む4枚のEP、2021年10月に2ndアルバム”faveur”をこれまでにリリース。自身のルーツである90年代のR&Bやソウルミュージックなどを軸としつつも、作品ごとにジャズや現行のフューチャーソウルなど様々なエッセンスを取り入れながら自身の音楽を追求している。また、親交の深いWONK、KANDYTOWNのメンバーらの作品にも参加しているほか、自身の作品にKai Takahashi（LUCKY TAPES）、MONJOE（DATS）、Mori Zentaroなどをプロデューサーに迎えるなど、ジャンルを超えたアーティストとのコラボレーションを交えながら日本の音楽の可能性を広げている。
