This ambitious summer work incorporates the pale lives of a man and woman who have caught a cold into Neji Mizuno's signature melancholic lyrics.

The jacket features Mizusu, an up-and-coming illustrator who has also worked with saucy dog and the Humbleders.

Natsuko (Messiah and Ninjin) is on the chorus, and Masatoshi Nakagawa is the arranger, creating a refreshing and powerful summery band sound.

    水野ねじ　シンガーソングライター 埼玉県加須市出身 単語一つ一つまで練られた短編小説のような歌詞をキャッチーなメロディに乗せ歌う弾き語り。 現代フォーク、J-ROCK、歌謡曲の垣根を超えた新しいポップスの“歌” 水野寝地名義で『会いたかった沼袋』『ライブ盤 ピンサロ』『喝采』を発表。 2018年 カミイショータ、中川昌利、山本拓磨らと「勉強」を開催。定期イベントとして継続中。 全国流通アルバム『songwriter』リリース。 東高円寺UFO CLUBにて、曽我部恵一、永原真夏+SUPER GOOD BANDを招きレコ発「singer」を開催。 2019年 豊田道倫との共同企画「夜の浜辺で、リズムギター」を開催。ゲスト見汐麻衣。 2020年 コロナ禍においてバイノーラル録音弾き語り音源「room music」をリリース。 2021年 配信シングル「かわいいね、ニコちゃん」をリリース。 バンド「水野ねじ&BEIJING DUCKS」としても活動中。
