"Tenshi ga Ita yo," an advance single from the highly anticipated new album "Slash-&-Burn," will be released for distribution on April 10, 2024!
This song will be distributed as a precursor to Daoko's full album, which will be her first in four years since her last album "anima".
"Tenshi ga ita yo" was written and composed by Daoko herself, with HIDEYA KOJIMA as co-arranger.
Daoko's unique lyrics, which reflect the depths of her heart, are fused with a rhythmical dance tune to create a song that will captivate the hearts of all who hear it.

  • Daoko

    Daoko だをこ 1997年生まれ、東京都出身。アーティスト。 15歳の時にニコニコ動画へ投稿した楽曲で注目を集め、2012年に1st Album『HYPER GIRL- 向こう側の女の子 -』を発売。ポエトリーリーディング、美麗なコーラスワーク、ラップを絶妙なバランスで織り交ぜたドリーミーな世界観で話題を呼ぶ。 2015年3月女子高生にしてTOY’ SFACTORY から1st アルバム『DAOKO』にてメジャーデビュー。 2018年12月には「第69回NHK紅白歌合戦」に「打上花火」で初出場。これまでに米津玄師やベック、中田ヤスタカ、岡村靖幸、スチャダラパー、MIYAVIら数多くのアーティスト共作共作を行いつつ、ソロとしての個性も強めている。 音楽活動の一方、2017年に小説「ワンルーム・シーサイド・ステップ」を執筆しKADOKAWAより刊行。2022年3月31日~4月13日の2週間に渡りGINAZ SIX 5F「Artglorieux GALLERY of TOKYO」にて初の絵画個展 “the twinkle of euphoria”の開催。蜷川実花監督の「ホリック xxxHOLiC」実写化映画（2022年4月29日公開）では女優業に挑戦するなど、音楽活動を中心にしながら多様なクリエイティヴ表現を続け、国内外で注目をあつめている。 2019 年に個⼈事務所“てふてふ”を設⽴。 2021年からは自主レーベルでの活動を開始。 ソロ活動と並行して、2023年4月からはバンド・QUBITでの活動も行っている。 2023年6月に劇場版「美少女戦士セーラームーンCosmos」の主題歌「月の花」を担当。 2024年5月22日に約4年ぶりとなるフルアルバム『Slash-&-Burn』が発売予定。 新曲「天使がいたよ」をアルバムより先行配信中！
