Okinawa-born singer keigo releases his 2nd EP "Creation"! Featuring guest appearances by MUD, with production from theeluu, CHOUJI, and NARISK.
Since starting his career in 2020, keigo has showcased his versatility across a wide range of styles - from groovy R&B to upbeat Afro beats, Reggae, and Hip Hop. He has collaborated with numerous artists including RITTO, CHOUJI, CHICO CARLITO, Yo-Sea, NGONG, Shuuto, GOTTZ, Neetz, TOMi, Oichi, and KK. Following last month's release of his EP "Imagination," keigo is now back with his second EP, "Creation."
This latest release features five tracks that highlight keigo's dynamic sound. In addition to the lead single "Endless Weekend," the EP includes "Real Ones," a Hip Hop track featuring KANDYTOWN's MUD, "Cycle," produced by CHOUJI, and "Toki wo Koeteku," a roots reggae track produced by long-time collaborator theeluu. Also featured is "Break Free," produced by Fukuoka-based beatmaker NARISK. The EP blends Hip Hop, R&B, Dancehall, and Roots Reggae, reflecting the full range of keigo's musical expression.
Based in Okinawa and influenced by Hip-Hop and R&B, keigo began his career in 2020. Known for his versatility, he blends groovy R&B with Soul, Afro beats, Reggae, and Hip-Hop, constantly evolving his unique style through collaborations with both singers and rappers. Following 4 consecutive monthly releases (Nov 2024 to Feb 2025). he dropped his 1st R&B-focused EP, Imagination, on March 26, 2025. This was followed by his 2nd EP, Creation, on April 30, which explored an even wider soundscape including Reggaeton and Afro beats. On October 23, 2025, keigo reached a major milestone with his first-ever solo band-set live performance.
