• Rina Kato

  A singer songwriter from Owariasahi City, Aichi Prefecture. She first dreamed of becoming a singer after being inspired by the cast members of the TV program Tensai Terebi kun MAX during her childhood. At the age of eight, she joined a gospel choir with her mother, where she discovered the joy of expressing herself through music and the happiness of connecting with others. In 2015, she won the Grand Prix at a Sony Music audition and began her musical career by uploading cover songs to YouTube. She started performing live in 2016 and began writing her own songs in 2019. Alongside her solo career, she gained experience performing with bands and gospel groups before moving from Aichi to Tokyo in 2024. On March 21, 2026, she released her first EP, Love. Through energetic live performances in Tokyo, Nagoya, and the Kansai region, she brings vitality and smiles to her audience with a powerful singing voice that expresses authentic and relatable love. She is currently presenting a series of self produced live shows over five consecutive months. On October 30, 2026, she will perform a full band solo concert at unravel tokyo in Roppongi, Tokyo. Known for her captivating live performances, she invites audiences to experience the overwhelming power of her live vocals and the intense energy she brings to the stage.
