"I realized how easily an accident can take a person's life. If people listen to this project and it gives them a chance to think about their own future, what they truly want to do, and how they want to live from here on out, I'll be happy.
That's how SOU, a rapper from the Yokosuka-based hip-hop crew JUS'MINE, describes the project.
The project brings together four tracks that SOU created during the two and a half months he spent in the hospital and recovering after an accident at work in which he fell from a roof.
Looking back on the accident and his recovery, SOU says:
"During those days when I was always under pressure, I suddenly had time on my hands. That gave me a chance to look back on my past and think about what lies ahead. I feel like I was able to step outside of myself and see what was truly important. This time, I think I was able to turn those feelings into music in a meaningful way."
The beats throughout the project were produced by GYIYG, who also worked on SOU's May 2026 single "NANIKUSO." His warm-toned trap and boom-bap production brings out the human side of SOU's rap.
Mixing and mastering were handled by HIROMU of JUS'MINE, while the artwork was created by SOU himself.
