This work is the soundtrack of the opening film `Daddy Cat Man John` shown at the `2nd Higashi Koenji International Film Festival in Daiatsugi Kansuke`, and the original sound voice recorded here is that of `Uncle Neko`, an existence where an uncle who has forgotten all human language has become a cat, in Shinjuku Kabukicho It is a live sound source in Kabukicho, Shinjuku.

[LINER NOTES]]
It was in the summer of 2024 when I first met `Uncle Neko`. It was a summer night in Shinjuku Kabukicho. It was at a dinner of a certain Tsugaru shamisen school, and Uncle Neko was seated in front of me.
For the first hour or so of the meeting, Neko-san was drinking sake in silence. My first impression was that he was a quiet man, but when I was having a lively conversation with a former Japan Self-Defense Force officer about the head of a certain style of music, something must have struck a chord with Uncle Neko, because he suddenly started `meow-meowing` like a cat. It was a so-called vocal imitation, but it was some kind of cat switch that flipped the switch. The cat's first cry, `meow,` silenced everyone in the room and created a very empty atmosphere.
By the way, `forgetting to be human` is a quote by Nekohachi Edoya III, who was the leader in the postwar art of imitating animal noises. When you see something, you remember something. It was a summer night in Shinjuku's Kabukicho district.
And Uncle Neko passed the year in the human world. It was in March of this year that Uncle Neko visited Ooatsuki. This was because he was chosen as the opening movie for the 2nd Higashi Koenji International Film Festival in Daiatsugi Kansuke. The event poster by Saburo Kirigakure also featured Uncle Neko. He himself made an appearance on the evening of March 20.
We are currently planning a "National Neko-Ojisan Championship.
