In September 2023, "5Leaf" made a striking debut with "Way of Life," and the music video for "bittersweet," released in February 2024, surpassed 1 million views, generating buzz as a prominent female rapper. She has been energetically performing at various clubs and festivals. Now, she is releasing her 1st album, "bud."
The album features lyrics that reflect "5Leaf"'s personal experiences and everything she has gone through, both the "good" and the "bad." It encapsulates her genuine emotions, with "kotodama" (words with spiritual power) infused into each track, written in the very moments she felt them.
Some of the songs were not originally planned for release, but they are included in this album. Within the internal struggles that have no clear answers, "5Leaf" pours her truest feelings into the music, capturing the essence of who she is today. It's a collection of songs that only she could create at this point in her life.
This album is a reflection of the passion and drive behind the dreams she refuses to give up on and the goals she must achieve. It's an album made with everything she's got-because she is still running toward those dreams.
There are no guest features on this album, making it a pure, uncompromising representation of "5Leaf" as an artist, crafted with intense dedication and focus as her debut full-length.
