Artist Profile

MAGIC JOKE
Formed in 2023, MAGIC JOKE is a visual rock / alternative artist project based in Japan. Fusing glamor and pain with a provocative yet pop-infused sound, the band crafts an immersive world through fully self-produced music, visuals, and live performances. On February 21, 2025, MAGIC JOKE held their first solo live show as an independent production drawing an audience of over 100 people. With digital releases as their core, they continue expanding their presence across live venues and social media platforms alike. Currently aiming for a solo headliner show at Nippon Budokan within the next three years, MAGIC JOKE continues to break conventions with emotionally raw lyrics and genre-defying creativity gripping listeners pain and all.
