lil origami crab

lil origami crab was created after SHIN WADA returned to Japan from Balter Festival in the UK.
Its title comes from an origami crab made by his grandfather from sixteen separate pieces of paper. Wada brought it to the UK and accidentally left it behind at the DJ booth.
The people there assumed it was a gift from the Japanese Takeover crew, adopted the crab, and named me SUSHI.
Back in Japan, fragments of that experience were reconstructed through irregular riffs, shifting hardcore rhythms, noise and sampling.
The track repeatedly accelerates, stops and mutates until the distinction between order and chaos begins to disappear.

The crab stayed in the UK.
