Navy Hours is Ray's debut album, capturing quiet moments and late-night scenes from Tokyo.

Record shops, coffee, expressways after dark, and messages left unanswered. Ray turns her attention to the small emotions hidden in everyday city life, finding meaning not only in being with someone, but also in the moments spent alone.

Built around Alternative R&B with touches of Hip-Hop and Soul, the album favors intimacy and space over dramatic storytelling. Ray's low, close vocal delivery moves through each song with a calm, understated presence.

"Friday, 7PM," "No Signal," "Midnight Iris," "Night Scape Passing," and "Two Drinks In" each portray a different side of the night, while maintaining Ray's distinctive perspective of observing Tokyo from just outside the crowd.

This is not an album about finding all the answers.

It is an album about walking through the night while the answers are still unclear.
