Coldhot, who released the album "Melting Point (Deluxe)" last year featuring DÉ DÉ MOUSE and others, has released a new single "Beat". Coldhot is a dance music unit formed in 2022 by three members: Swing Ya (Shinya Takano), who works as a navigator for J-Wave's evening program GRAND MARQUEE and as Frasco; SKYTOPIA, who is also a member of KOMONO LAKE; and ngtkntr, known for their participation in a variety of works, including Frasco and Piepielielie. Their new single is a club-suited banger with an up-tempo beat, catchy vocal sampling, and solid synth rhythm.

    ngtkntr、Swing Ya ( タカノシンヤ )、 SKYTOPIAからなるプロデューサーグループ「Coldhot（コールドホット）」。ngtkntr とSwing Ya ( タカノシンヤ ) が関わる Frasco 、SKYTOPIA が関わるKOMONO LAKE も含めて、東京のエレクトロミュージックシーンでそれぞれキャリアを積んできた3人がダンス・ミュージックの新しい可能性を探るために結成。1年間温めた末に2022年4月からついに始動。4月27日、デビューシングルの Liquid Wave はハウス調のビートに加工されたボーカルが乗る、中毒性のあるダンスチューンに仕上がっている。田村育歩によるアートワークや、Utae によるアー写にも注目。
