2021年、TAH（exGQ06、デブパレード）が多感な時期に影響を受けたオルタナティブロックをやりたいからとメンバーを集める。ボーカル幸康雄（nugget watte tochan、DATM）ギター山田裕司（ex鳥頭）ベースえがわたかし（鬼 from HELL、allizdog、熊猫xiongmao）に声をかけスタジオに入ったところ、想像以上に良い感じでそのままバンド結成。バンド名のlolMusikaはlolo(おじいさん)、lol(笑)、musika(音楽)を足した、楽しいオジサンの音楽的な造語。2022年1月初ライブ2日前にメンバー全員コロナに感染。気を取り直して2022年5月よりライブ活動開始。毎ライブ常に全力でオルタナティブしてます！
