Coffee ring on the table
Phone face down
Screen still dark
Sun sneaks in through the curtain
Dust in the air
Tiny stars
I hear the fridge humming softly
Your keys tossed next to mine
You laugh at something you’re reading
I wish this came with a sign
Sing this moment
I’m just breathing in this second
Let it stain my stubborn mind
Every heartbeat
Every silence
Every crooked little line
If this minute has a meaning
I don’t need to understand
I just want to be here
Be here
With my feet in the same dry sand
Laundry pile in the corner
Unpaid bills on the chair
You tap a tune on the table
Bare feet tracing shapes in the air
You say you’re thinking of leaving
Only to grab us a snack
The word “leaving” hangs in the kitchen
Till you smile and hand me it back
Sing this moment
I’m just breathing in this second
Let it stain my stubborn mind
Every heartbeat
Every silence
Every crooked little line
If this minute has a meaning
I don’t need to understand
I just want to be here
Be here
Hold still
Don’t fix the frame
The crack in the glass
Knows my name
This mess
This blessed mess
Is all I have
And it’s enough
I guess
Sing this moment
I’m just breathing in this second
Let it stain my stubborn mind
Every heartbeat
Every silence
Every crooked little line
If this minute has a meaning
I don’t need to understand
I just want to be here
Be here
With my feet in the same dry sand

Jane-B is a duo found in the middle of nowhere in Oklahoma, USA.
They like a song written by someone and sing it to stay together for a while.
Jane-B is the nickname that Gondo's family called him when he was born, and it was apparently given to him by his own brother. He still calls him
that to this day.
Jane-B's voice is fading but remains close by.
It could be a demo and reference.
How would you sing it?
