"Danny Boy" is a traditional song with lyrics to the Irish melody "Londonderry Air".

The original lyrics describe the feelings of parents who think of their children as they go to the army.

In this work, "Manhattanslim" describes in Japanese the feelings of a child who thinks of his parents and his hometown far away.
