Sandii's Christmas Hawai'i - Sandii's beautiful voice, rooted in the essence of Pacifica, is filled with Aloha Christmas songs!The Christmas lights arrive on the trade winds that blow gently from Hawaii.
Sandii has played many different styles of music, but her musical experiences in Hawaii, where she spent much of her teenage years, have been a major source of inspiration for her music. The "Sandii's Hawai'i" series, which began in 1996, became her signature as a musician.
"Sandii's Christmas Hawai'i" is an album of Christmas songs unique to Hawaii. The classic "The Christmas Song" is accompanied by Hawaiian lounge pianist Rene Paulo on the sweet and gentle piano. The album includes a wide variety of repertoire from familiar numbers such as "Last Christmas," "White Christmas,"and "Jingle Bells" to Christmas songs from Hawaii such as "Christmas in Hawai'i," "Mele Kalikimaka," and "Santa's Hula. The songs are accompanied by Yuki Yamauchi 'Alani' and other splendid musicians.

Sandii
Sandii lived in Hawaii during her late teens and most of her 20s. In that period, she sang in clubs and studied hula with Aunty Bella Richards of Kailua. She also met and bonded with Pattye Kealohalani Wright, who later became a Kumu Hula through Aunty Lani Kalama (1990). Sandii has the various, many different musical phases of her recording career. She has recorded as Sandi Ai, Sandy Hohn, Sandii & the Sunsetz, and now as Sandii. Since 1996, her albums have been Hawaiian or Polynesian-theme.
