小学校の同級生である江畑兵 衛(Vo&Gt)、武田和也(Ba)、広田周(Dr) によって結成され、大好きな音楽で仲間と共に 大空を羽ばたきたいとの想いから「三翼機 ~TRIPLANE ~」(三枚の翼がある飛行機)と名 付ける。ほぼ全ての楽曲を作曲、作詞している 江畑による完成度の高いメロディーワークと日 常を切り取ったリアルティのある歌詞が特徴。 2019年からサポートギターとして活動を共にしてきたKJが2021年1月1日からTRIPLANEの正式メン バーとして加入。楽曲のクオリティの高さから、「仮面ライダージオウ NEXT TIME ゲイツ、マジェ スティ」の主題歌に「Brand New Day」、アニメ「ONE PIECE」のエンディングテーマ「Dear friends」やサッポロビールの北海道エリアCMソングに3年連続起用された「イチバンボシ」「ドリー ムメイカー」「キミのうたボクのうた」、北海道日本ハムファイターズ「10th Season プロジェクト」 テーマソング「ファイターズと共に」をはじめ数々の楽曲がタイアップとして起用されている。メンバ ー個々それぞれも個性豊かで、各々突出した特技、趣味も多くジャンル問わず交流関係の幅を広げ活動 してる。デビュー20周年さらにはその先 の30周年40 周年へと向け邁進していきます。

Artist Profile

  • TRIPLANE

    A band from Sapporo, Hokkaido. Formed by elementary school classmates Hyoe Ebata (Vo&Gt), Kazuya Takeda (Ba), and Shu Hirota (Dr), "TRIPLANE" (meaning "three-winged aircraft") stems from their desire to soar through the sky with their friends through their beloved music. Currently, they perform as a four-member band with the addition of KJ (Gt). Their music is characterized by straightforward lyrics and catchy melodies, with Ebata composing and writing almost all of their songs. Due to the high quality of their music, numerous songs have been used as tie-ins, including "Dear friends," the ending theme for the anime "ONE PIECE," "Fighters to Tomo ni," the theme song for the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters' "10th Season Project," and "Brand New Day," the theme song for the movie "Kamen Rider Zi-O NEXT TIME Geiz, Majesty." They have also been appointed as "Bihoro Tourism and Product Ambassadors," actively promoting the charms of their hometown, Hokkaido.
