utakata (feat. maco marets & BubblesChill)

The third collaborative release between Tokyo's popular coffee stand Bubbles Chill and music production team UNI TONE LAB.

This track features guest rapper maco marets, originally from Fukuoka and now based in Tokyo. Over a beat that is both powerful and atmospheric, maco marets' warm voice creates an effortlessly smooth groove. The lyrics are inspired by Bubbles Chill and the feeling of the morning, resulting in a song that perfectly complements your first cup of coffee.

The track was produced by Ryozo Obayashi (SANABAGUN./Ryozo Band), who serves as a music producer at UNITONE LAB. The jacket artwork was created by Taiki Mori, owner and barista of Bubbles Chill.

The title "utakata" (meaning "ephemeral bubbles") was inspired by the delicate foam of coffee.
