[Sutra = The Magic of Sound & Breath]

The Dancing Sutra Project was born from Saana's first encounter with sutras and mantras in 2012.

While immersing herself in the study of yoga and Thai massage, she was captivated by the sheer beauty of the "magic of sound and breath"-the way chanting sutras or mantras, simply and wholeheartedly, could become a form of deep therapy.

Over time, a vision began to take shape:
to create a new, danceable genre embodying
Eros (Life) × Trance (Immersion) × Sutra (Ancient Wisdom)
through the heartbeat-like pulse of a four-on-the-floor rhythm.

In 2024, through the voice-based social platform stand.fm, fate brought her together with Rei-an accomplished musician and therapist with deep expertise in women's physical and emotional well-being.

With Rei as sound producer, the long-cherished vision finally took form.
After ten years of gestation, Eros × Trance × Sutra blossomed into a euphoric debut album.
