Debuted by EMI as a member of the pop group "Rita Rit." After the group disbanded, Sena worked as a composer and lyricist under names such as "Ayrton Sena," providing songs for renowned artists including AKB48, HKT48, Seiko Niizuma, and members of Momoiro Clover Z. Also under the name "Senax," he created game music, including KONAMI's Pop'n Music series, and worked on dance remixes such as Yoshida Brothers' "Storm", which gained popularity in the international club scene. As a producer, he has worked with Jalimpa, recognized by Guinness World Records as the "youngest artist to release an album", and the indie pop unit Blue Monday FM. In December 2024, he released his first album under his own name, based on the concept of the "soundtrack for a book". The album translates the "spirit of words" from the book "Big Systems and Small Fantasies" by social entrepreneur Tomoaki Kageyama into piano instrumental music.
