  In July 2024, a large-scale audition centered around former BiS member Aya Eightprince attracted approximately 1,000 applicants from across the country. Of these, eight were selected to form the new-generation girly rock group LUCY. The group's four original members include former Sakura Gakuin member Marilyn, Nagimu, who had experience in another group, and Usagi Miisa, who joined despite having no musical experience but was determined to do so. Their individual backgrounds and personalities came together under the name LUCY. They made their grand debut on January 10, 2025, with their first solo concert at Spotify O-EAST in Shibuya. They performed 10 songs with a live band, selling out the venue. Their stunning stage performance, combining rock sounds with emotional vocals, made a strong impression on the group's presence. Audits for new members were then held in August 2025. Out of many applicants, Makofi, who had no idol experience, joined as the newest member. At their solo concert "Celebrating Makofi's Joining and Debuting the Current Lineup" held at Milkyway in Shibuya on September 20th, LUCY's energy was further amplified, drawing the audience into a frenzy. Their first Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, and Fukuoka tour, the "Nice to meet you, We are LUCY!" TOUR, has been scheduled for November 2025. Less than a year after their debut, they have expanded their activities nationwide, making their declaration "A new rock music starts here" a reality. Their music is based on bright, powerful, girly rock, embracing the rock of today, encompassing speed, delicacy, passion, and solitude. The sound produced by these eight members, each with their own experiences and emotions, truly embodies the image of a new-age rock idol. Philosophy Let's start a new rock music again here. The music that moved our hearts that day still resonates deep in our hearts. Tears, regret, impatience, and even resignation - we have overcome it all with rock. There are times in life when something begins, and when something ends. At those moments, the sound of rock resonates within us once again. Let's start a new rock movement, this time anew.
