A song with an ethnic atmosphere that inspi+ excels at.
The lyrics, written in Swahili, express the act of letting go of all things and entrusting them to God.
Although it depicts a spiritual dimension, it is not necessarily tied to belonging to a specific religion.
All hardships are seen as trials given, and the struggles, conflicts, and wandering along the way are woven into the world of the song.
[Inspi+] is a production team that focuses on following inspiration and expressing sincere intuition, rather than creating something that is generally preferred by someone.
In 2014, Sayuri Kusanagi won first place in the Solo Division of the National Gospel Koshien competition. She has since appeared on television, performed singing roles for overseas animations, worked as a hotel lounge singer, contributed to recording sessions as a backing vocalist, and served as a vocal coach. In Côte d'Ivoire, West Africa, she was recognized as "the only Japanese artist who can sing in the local language" and received offers to perform with percussionist Oswald Kouame. Together, they appeared in local concerts, television programs, and radio shows. Alongside her solo career, Sayuri launched the duo project inspi+ with guitarist Yoshiro Makimoto. Their genre-defying musical style and her soulful voice continue to captivate a wide audience.
