4thアルバム『A Fusion Of Two Hemispheres』の並行世界（パラレルワールド）と銘打たれた作品集『sphaera anatomica (left)』。融合した二つの半球がius（右脳）/ left（左脳）と題された2つのタイトルに再分割され、sphereのサウンドスケープの核である轟音ギター、ファズベース、疾走感溢れるドラムによって構成されたシューゲイザーサウンドのベールが剥がされたことで、Shokoの囁き声は精彩を放ち、楽曲の持つ輪郭線が露になった。静寂が支配するキャンバスにニューエイジ、北欧エレクトロニカ、アコースティックテイストの色彩によって新たに彩られたネイキッド・バージョン。

2007年、ギタリスト五味誠を中心に結成、2011年、3rdのアルバムを発売以降活動を休止していたが、2022年、Shoko Inoueを新ボーカリストに迎え11年ぶりに4th album発売と共に活動を再開した。 繊細さと高揚感を併せ持つギターで埋め尽くされたシューゲイザーサウンドをベースにプログレッシブなリズムアプローチと北欧エレクトロニカを感じさせるノスタルジックなピアノの旋律を絡め緻密に計算された音像にイノセントなShokoのウィスパーボイスが折り重なり、リリカルなサウンドスケープを構築している。
