LOMI 1st ALBUM【Re:aQt】に収録された「Ray of Light」を、unpluggedアレンジで再構築した一曲。
本来は激しさと衝動を内包した楽曲を、ピアノ一本の演奏に落とし込み、声と感情の揺らぎをより生々しく浮かび上がらせている。
穢れ、孤独、弱さ、そして誰かを想うがゆえの痛み。
月明かりに照らされたような静寂の中で、歌詞に刻まれた後悔や祈りが、ピアノの音色と共に深く胸に沈んでいく。
「届かない」と分かっていながら、それでも手を伸ばしてしまう――
その弱さごと抱きしめるように歌い上げた、Ray of Lightのもうひとつの答え。
