I Can't See the Stars

The stars they watched together yesterday are nowhere to be seen tonight. Even after a day spent laughing with friends, there is still the walk home alone. AOYA's "I Can't See the Stars" follows the ordinary days after a breakup, pairing a breezy acoustic sound with a gentle, slightly husky vocal. As tears and cloudy skies give way to stars again, its bright melody carries the loneliness of missing someone and the quiet changes that come with time.
