The first solo single 'musubime' by vocalist 'Lapu' of the Kanazawa-based electro and acoustic band CAFUNE was release on 6 September.

The song, the first solo work he has produced as a result of his love of subcultures, is a special collaboration song written on the theme of the film version of the anime "Jujutsu Kaisen 0".

The special collaboration features a number of artists, including musician/jazz pianist/city pop performer Poseidon Ishikawa from his home town of Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture, as well as a number of other band members.

The ballad number 'musubime', an emotional piano fusion of jazz and pop played by Poseidon Ishikawa, Lapu's crystal clear voice, outstanding band composition & magnificent strings.

    美しい透明感のある歌声のシンガーソングライター。 英語、日本語の両方で生み出される歌詞はグローバルな存在感を放ち独自の世界観を作り出している。 2013年に音楽制作をスタート。洋楽をカバーした YouTubeの動画をきっかけに、音楽や映画関係者から注目を集め、TVCMや映画等に歌や楽曲を提供するようになる。 その後2017年にスリー ピースバンドCAFUNEを結成し、2018年2月に1st EP SALVATIONをリリース。 リード曲のI’m meが資生TSUBAKIのweb movie(中国版)に、2021年7月にリリースした2ndシングルCrazy over youがTVCM起用されるなどして注目を集めている。 2023年9月からはバンドと並行してソロ活動をスタート。日本のサブカルチャーにも大きく影響を受けており、ソロでは持ち前のポッ プでキャッチーなメロディーセンスを生かし様々な世代に刺さる音楽を制作。
