This is the second digital single by former NTV announcer Marie Ueda. The song was produced after receiving an offer to perform at "YOKAI MUSIC FES2025" held in her hometown of Sakaiminato, Tottori Prefecture. The song is composed by Yosuke Ishida, who produces local songs from all over Japan.
In this song, Marie wrote the lyrics herself. It is a low-pitched song containing memories, scenery, and thoughts of her hometown in Tottori, where she lived until 18 years old. The jacket photo was taken and designed by herself as well.
Artist Profile
Ueda Marie
Born in Sakaiminato, Tottori Prefecture in 1986. After graduating from Senshu University, she joined Nippon Television in 2009 and worked as a station announcer until 2016. She is currently active as a TV personality. She has a strong passion for music, having learned piano from an early age and winning a city competition in junior high school and performing with an orchestra. She wrote the lyrics for her first digital single, "Hajimaru," and is forging a new path as an artist.
