    Tsutomu is a singer-songwriter from Saga Prefecture, Japan, known for his powerful yet transparent vocals combined with percussive guitar playing. After moving to Tokyo in 2008 and performing in a duo, he began his solo career in 2011. Since then, he has performed on a wide range of stages, from resort hotels and cafes to outdoor festivals and concert halls.
