In September of the same year, he made his debut with his first single, Tokyo Shinkirou. With a gentle and warm vocal style, heartfelt lyrics expressed in plain words, and indie-electro sound arrangements crafted by himself, KOHTA merges pop sensibility honed through his cover work with melodic brilliance. Also active as a videographer, he represents a new generation of pop artists born from the era of social media and streaming.
