OMEGABLOSSOM

Earthists.

I kept you veiled away out of sight

Every word I could not quite hold tight

I guess you’re never gone — lost in the light

Here I… here I stay

Calling, drawn to you

I trace your shadow in the afterglow

Words on my tongue but I never let them go

I fold my heart where the silence stays

Hide every truth in the light of your face

Time slips through us, a quiet disguise

I smile and pretend I’m fine with the lie

I don’t know where they lead me

Though I can’t see

But I feel it inside

I’d rather bleed slow than watch you cry

So I stay where I am, just passing you by

Holding a future I’ll never pursue

Living a love that can’t reach you

Doom!

Holding a future I’ll never pursue

Living a love that can’t reach you

Doom!

Cross that line

Watch it fall

Say your name

I’m afraid to lose it all

Earthists., a cutting-edge four-piece metal band, has been forging their own path by absorbing and fusing diverse genres around a metal core, ultimately coining their original sound: 'HYPERMETAL'

Following the lineage of their previous EP 'HYPERMETAL' - a release that came to define the band - 'GRANDRAY' boldly pushes beyond its foundation. On this latest work, Earthists. further refine their signature blend of heaviness and melody, delivering a meticulously crafted collection of tracks that elevates both their originality and musical precision to new heights.

Blistering heaviness, vivid melodies, and an undeniable catchiness unique to the band - all seamlessly converge at a high level, resulting in a record that fully embodies 'Earthists. now.' In addition to the previously released tracks 'SAYYOUKILL' and 'HIKARI', three brand-new songs feature drum arrangements by Tatsuya Amano (Crossfaith), adding even greater dynamism and impact to the sound.

'GRANDRAY' stands not only as a key release in Japan's loud rock scene in 2026, but also as a bold statement of the next standard that Earthists. is set to define.

Artist Profile

  • Earthists.

Formed in 2015, Earthists. is a four-piece Hypermetal band based in Tokyo. Blending elements of vocaloid, techno, and metal, they have pioneered their own genre, HYPERMETAL a boundary-breaking fusion of sound and visuals that transcends both genre and nationality. As an independent band, they have built a passionate global fanbase. Shortly after their formation, they signed with the renowned American label Tragic Hero Records, releasing two full-length albums. Their headline tours across Asia and Europe further established their international presence. In July 2024, they released the EP HYPERMETAL, a work that redefined the bands identity. Following its release, Earthists. embarked on a headlining tour through Japan, China, and Singapore, and appeared at major festivals in Thailand and China. Their December solo show at Shimokitazawa Shelter sold out immediately, solidifying their growing momentum. In 2025, they launched a new live movement called 4D, alongside three other bands from their generation. The tour, which spanned Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka, sold out all shows and sparked a new wave in the scene. Earthists. has also been invited to perform as a guest act on tours with major Japanese bands such as SiM and Fear, and Loathing in Las Vegas, steadily building connections with the domestic mainstream. Constantly evolving and never bound by convention, Earthists. continues to deliver the sound of the next generation to the world.
