2019年8月4日にリリースした、小川コータ＆とまそんのNEW ALBUMのタイトルは、「cafe by the sea」。
自分たちが大事にしている気持ちや物事を曲やイベントなどの活動を通して表現してきた彼ららしく、全国各地にあるカフェをはじめ、素敵な店舗の空間をメローに彩るであろうサウンドとなっている。
今回のアルバムも、今までリリースした全ての楽曲と同様に、JASRACフリー。
カフェ等でCDを流す際の音楽使用料が高いとの悩みを受けて作られたアルバムであることから、この「cafe by the sea」をBGMとして使用希望の全国の店舗に無料でCDを提供する試みも話題となっている。

    KOTA OGAWA & TOMASONG are Ukulele unit living in Kamakura. "Regional adhesion" type singing the Kamakura-town. KOTA OGAWA & TOMASONG sing many songs of scenery of the city of Kamakura, people living in Kamakura, all stations songs of Enoshima Electric Railway, Enoshima Electric Railway's official campaign song, etc. They introduce Kamakura with various media such as TV, radio and magazines. KOTA OGAWA & TOMASONG released 5 albums. That're on sale at stores such as cafes and guest houses in Kamakura city and Enoden shop,and more. In addition, they have appeared in the regular corner of FM Yokohama and have held walking events in Kamakura City. KOTA OGAWA & TOMASONG are doing live at "Kitakama Fes." held at the Kamakura Temple in northern Kamakura, local events, festivals in shopping districts, Killala in the Hall, Kamakura Art Gallery, "Full Moon Caravan" every month at Kamakura's favorite places. Both of them are fathers with children. Participation with parents and children for live events is also welcome!
