city of the rain (String Orchestra)

A man sitting at the fountain, playing the cello.
He seemed drunk, but drew a decent melody.
It's as if the bow is moving on its own string.
but no,he's playing with it, by the only remaining soberness he grabbed with his mind.

He was playing in the rain, and I stopped to listen.
It's always raining there.
It's a city of the rain.
