Esteban
Esteban began its current lineup in Shibuya in October 2024. In February 2025, they performed their first live show at Daikanyama SPACE ODD, and have since continued to create and perform with a strong focus on original work. Their tagline is ''Stateless Pessimistic Rock'' - a sound that feels both constrained and expansive, like something deliberately ''locked'' in place. They pursue a sound that resists categorization-music that belongs nowhere, yet exists in its own space. Each member brings a different background, layering nostalgic, Showa-era-tinged melodies with subtly dark lyrics. Drawing from a wide range of influences, from Western music to Vocaloid, they blend contrasting elements into a seamless whole.
