Written and composed by Sakamoto Nobuhiro in 1998, the song was originally performed by a band, but was later provided to educational organizations with lyrics encouraging children to follow rules. Later, the lyrics were changed to depict two slightly delinquent musicians by NOBU & SHU, and the song was released again as a recording with all the instruments and vocals performed by Sakamoto Nobuhiro.
